Returns/Refunds

Returns:  MUST OBTAIN AUTHORIZATION # 
All returns must be requested via email with (14) days of purchase. If the device has been opened and used, you will be automatically assessed a  return fee. After (14) days, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

PureLift Pro or Pro Plus Return Fee: $125 

PureLift Face Return Fee: $85 

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Upon receipt of the product, we will refund the money less any shipping, taxes and duties for importation plus the return fee.
You must send the product via FEDEX or UPS service or other service which can be insured and request signature delivery.  
We are not responsible for lost or damaged product in transit from you to us so please make sure it is fully insured.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
